This restaurant opened on July 27th inside the 123 Kadoma Pachinko & Slot Shop near Osaka Metro Kadoma Station, and is a branch of Daikokumen Shokudo in Fuse. Head to the ticket machine on the right of the entrance, purchase the default Chinese noodles, and sit in an empty seat. The restaurant is spacious, with 16 J-shaped counter seats facing the kitchen, and two other tables for four people. Ramen sauce, pepper, chili pepper, kelp vinegar, and pickled radish are provided on the table, so you can enjoy the change in taste. Looking at the POP inside the store, it says in small letters "Enjoy the change in flavor with pepper, chili pepper, and garlic," but when I checked, I saw that it was definitely pickled radish, not garlic. Then came the Chinese noodles. The toppings were roast pork, white spring onions, bean sprouts, bamboo shoots, and nori seaweed. The roast pork was made with three slices of pork belly and two thin slices of medium-sized thigh meat. The soup had a strong flavor, so I couldn't really taste the meat.
